AIS & Co is a financial advisory firm that makes world-class, wall street standard advice accessible to startups and businesses. Our advice is geared towards helping businesses expand, whether that means raising additional capital, entering a new geography, boosting sales, revamping products, running a media campaign, or working towards selling the business. We believe businesses are like saplings that with the right amount of nourishment and care can grow into strong-rooted trees.
We describe ourselves as numbers-driven people who provide you with unbiased, objective advice to support the founder’s vision and scale effectively. We take full ownership of the work we do and the advice we give and are guided by a strong unwavering sense of ethics to do well for our clients.
ABOUT ME
I work with several small and medium businesses to advise them on expansion. During my academic and professional experiences, I enjoyed working with numbers and serving clients with objective advice, and hence decided to set up AIS & Co.
I completed my Master's in Finance from the University of Rochester with a merit scholarship and a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Delhi. Post completion of my Master's, I got my first role at a boutique investment bank in NYC called MD Global Partners, after which I received an offer to join Bank of America in the US. In India, I joined Bayfront Capital, a boutique investment bank based in Singapore, as an Investment Banking Senior Associate, where I led origination and execution for Indian startups in the mobility, fintech, consumer, energy, and AI space. Outside of work, I am a professionally trained guitarist and a national-level 10m pistol athlete.
My passion for serving ambitious entrepreneurs led me to launch AIS & Co. to cater to startups, small and medium businesses, and to advise them on expansion as well as provide them with the right network of HNIs, UHNIs, and investment funds to take their business to the next level.
